Dispatch vs delivery

Dispatch time is not the same as delivery time. Actual delivery depends on the destination, the courier service and unforeseen delays. We do not promise a specific delivery date unless the courier service confirms it.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are shown in the checkout summary before you pay. Product prices on the website do not include shipping unless the checkout summary says so.

Your details

Please provide a correct and complete shipping address, PIN code and a reachable contact number. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

Delayed, missing or damaged shipments

Email hi@poojaoil.in with your order number. For damaged, leaking or incomplete parcels, write within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and, where available, an unboxing video. See the Return & Refund Policy.
